1. What ClaimBoost Is

ClaimBoost ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered self-help document preparation services for homeowners who wish to dispute or appeal an insurance claim decision on their own behalf. We generate appeal packets — including claim summaries, gap analyses, dispute letters, and email templates — based on information and documents you provide.

ClaimBoost is not a law firm, insurance agency, public adjusting firm, or claims management company. We do not provide legal advice, insurance advice, coverage determinations, or claim representation of any kind. Everything we produce is a starting-point draft for you to review, edit, and send yourself.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use ClaimBoost. By purchasing, you confirm that you are the named insured or an authorized representative of the property owner named in the claim.

3. Payment

ClaimBoost charges a one-time flat fee per packet — currently $199 (standard) or $79 (founder pilot). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do not charge percentage-based fees, commissions, or recurring subscriptions.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If your packet is not delivered within 24 hours of submitting your completed claim form, or if you are unsatisfied with the content you receive, email hello@myclaimboost.com within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the purchase date, or if you have already used the packet content to formally communicate with your insurer.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. ClaimBoost generates output based entirely on what you provide — inaccurate input produces inaccurate output.

You review and send all documents yourself. We do not contact your insurance company, adjuster, or any third party on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all decisions, communications, and outcomes related to your claim.

6. No Legal or Insurance Advice

Nothing ClaimBoost produces constitutes legal advice, insurance coverage advice, or a determination of your rights under any policy or statute. The documents we generate are educational templates intended to help you organize and articulate your own position.

If your claim involves disputed coverage, potential litigation, bad faith conduct, or amounts that justify professional representation, you should consult a licensed public adjuster or attorney in your state.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the packet content we generate for you and may use it freely for your personal claim dispute. ClaimBoost retains rights to the underlying system, prompts, formatting, and templates used to generate it.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect the claim information and documents you submit solely to generate your packet. We do not sell your data to third parties. Uploaded documents are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your packet and are not stored by ClaimBoost after delivery. For questions about data handling, email hello@myclaimboost.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClaimBoost's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the packet. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including outcomes of your insurance claim dispute.

We make no warranty that using our packet will result in a changed claim decision, additional payment, or any specific outcome.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClaimBoost after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
